Programs of Study

The Program of Study (POS) tool allows students, parents, counselors and teachers to develop custom 6 and 8 year education and employment plans based on student career goals.  The POS is not a routine track to follow but rather a guide to help organize critical life choices, including decisions about education and career.

The POS will help students select secondary and post secondary suggested course work in both academic and career and technical education. Each POS is built upon a curriculum that addresses cluster/pathway knowledge and skills, as well as national and state academic standards. Where appropriate, high school students can select courses which allow them to earn early college credit and/or industry recognized certificates.
